Armpit sweating problem?
I sweat so much out of my armpits and I use atiperspirant even the clinical strength but I always sweat threw all my shirts!!! And does anyone k ow how to get sweat stains out of clothing?? But anyways is there any way to stop armpit sweating?!? I hate it. I will be sitting in class and I will sweat so much! Btw I’m a girl.
Hi, Yes excessive armpit sweat sucks, no doubt. There are many possible ways to treat or hide it.
there are several guidelines you should try to follow in order to reduce excessive armpit sweat:
1) Wear loose cloths – allowing air to circulate around your armpit area.
2) Eat healthy food and avoid spicy and sugary foods, and also chemically loaded food (instant foods).
3) Make sure to keep cool as much as possible
4) Be as relaxed as you can. Anxiety is a cause for excessive armpit sweat.
5) If overweight, get fitter.
6) keep extra shirts with you and switch whenever you start sweating too much.

If none of those helped, you can try using Drysol. You apply it at night before going to bed, and you won’t sweat for days (and sometimes weeks). Please visit a doctor before applying it, to make sure it is ok for you. For me this was the solution. Till now i’m still using it, and it gives me some sense of control over my sweating, so i’m never caught unprotected
