Am I making myself sweat?
Aroudn the time I hit puberty, naturally, I began to sweat. No big deal at first, but now, for the last 2 or 3 years it’s gotten to the point that I can’t wear normal shirts without sweating a great amoutn in the armpit area. I’ve tried many different types of anti-perspirations and none of them seem to work. I’m wondering now if it’s possible that I MADE this happen. Growing up I loved to dance and I would do so in my room for hours at a time, during which I would of course sweat a lot. Could this have lead to me sweating more easily than others? Also, I’ve been wearing only tank tops besides when I go to school, is that making my body feel over heated when I wear normal clothes? In other words: Do I need to get my body used to wearing normal shirts again and stop dancing?
Secret makes a clinical strength formula now, its like $10 but supposedly works pretty good. I’m pretty sure places like CVS take everything back now for any reason so if doesn’t work, return it and go see your doc to see if there is anything he can prescribe.
