Chew on a sprig of fresh parsley, one leaf should do, or the rind of an orange peel. These both get rid of garlic on the breath so they should help too with whatever is in your mouth. (They don’t need to be eaten, just chewed on, so spit them out once you’re done.) Perhaps you have an abscess, rotting tooth or a cavity. If you have the time and the money go to the dentist first to rule those out. That’s what happened to my mother once. Even with her 3 times a day oral hygeine her breath was still bad because she needed a root canal on some of her teeth.
