Exercise??
Okay, I used my exercise bike daily on the hardest setting for 30 full minutes without slowing down.
My heart rate went from 136-142 the whole time.

The bike said I went 4.5 miles

YUK my back is sweaty, there was sweat dripping from my head to my back and my shoulders YUK!! Ha, ha, my husband got a rag and wiped it off my face, how cute, he’s all Great job, Im proud of you

Good! Keep it up. There are so many health benefits of doing regular exercise. Do not get irritated with the sweating. You sweat when your body is burning excessive fats that is the key factor in losing weight. Further through sweating body will get rid of harmful toxins. So do not stop exercising, don’t even think of it. Exercise regularly and enjoy a much healthier life.
