whats the best way to stop body odor?
i have used old spice deodorant for as long as i can remember. suddenly 3 months ago the deodorant started giving me rashes, red bumps and i was sweating constantly so i stopped using it. i tried using right guard deoderant. right guard stopped the bumps and rashes however now i have bad armpit odor which i never used to have and im constantly sweating. How do i stop this constant sweat and bad odor?
Be sure to bathe on a regular basis. Always wear clean, dry clothing. Get a stick anti-perspirant (not deodorant) instead of a spray on (I prefer Mennen Speed Stick Sport). If you wear loose shirts, wear a tighter clean cotton undershirt to help absorb some of the sweat.
The same with feet: Always wear clean cotton socks, and kick off your shoes whenever you can.
