Didnt read the book but do know a cheap instant solution to your problem…

I have stopped having problems with wet armpits since I switched to Mitchum antiperspirant in the roll-on…its the only brand that works for me…al the regular brands do nothing for me…In Australia its only about $3.00 a bottle which lasts around 3 months so its very good value. Just be sure to get the roll-on variety as it works the best.
