how do i stop getting sweat spots under my arm pits in my shirts?
im a guy who showers daily, soap and all, and deoderizes everytime as well. trust me, i have very good hygiene. i never had this problem but all of a sudden i changed my deoderant and it started. its fine all morning until i go to school then my armpits start sweating so much for no reason. it doesnt smell like body odor though. i thought it was my new deoderant cause it wasnt anti persperent so i got a new one that was. that didnt work either so i got the old one i used to use when my armpits were fine and it still didnt work. i dont know what to do. i also trimmed my armpit hair to see maybe if that stops it but it doesnt.
your sweating could be caused by stress or anxiety. you could go to the doctor and get a clinical strength deodorant.
